We require that candidates have a minimum grade ‘C’ in maths and English.

You will be required to work for 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.

Haven High Academy – Teaching Assistants

Full Time, Salary Grade G3 SCP 06 to 09 £15,807-17,419 per annum (pro rata)

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Haven High Academy for two skilled Teaching Assistants to support students at GCSE level who are not making expected progress against their targets in maths and science.  Each post requires a good qualification at level 3 in either maths or science, with a level 4 qualification desirable to enable the postholder to support students targeted for grade 5 and above at GCSE.

Haven High Academy, In-School Education Centre Manager

Grade 5, SCP 12-15 £19430 – £21962 pro rata

37 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Federation for a hard-working and flexible person for the post of IEC Manager at Haven High Academy. This role involves working closely with small numbers of children across the age range who may occasionally need support away from mainstream education. You would be expected to have excellent communication and management skills with a strong desire to make a difference.

This position would require the successful candidate to set up the dining hall ready for lunchtime. They would also be required to serve the dinners and support the children whilst they eat.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Education Welfare Officer (EWO), the role of the EWO is to deal with attendance and other issues relating to the educational welfare of children. The successful candidate will be proactive in managing attendance issues and comfortable invoking supervision orders and other legal measures.
